SYSTEM 317 - HYPERSONIC

Abstract : Is it possible to abandon rapidly deteriorating planetary conditions through a process of "reverse conversion"? Using the metaphor "lighting a match and keeping it lit in a hurricane" I propose a construction of a vessel for absolute autonomy and eventually piracy. A counter privateering machine for the times when the global empires are once again clashing with immense irresponsibility and destructive potential.
