vol de Youri Gagarine, premier être humain dans l'espace.
C'est aussi la date du 20ème anniversaire du premier vol de la Navette
américaine. L'occasion pour tous, dans le monde entier, de rendre hommage à ceux et celles qui ont osé la conquête de l'espace et de rêver un monde où nous pourrons tous voyager dans l'espace.

Yuri's Night celebrates the 40th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin's flight into
space - the first human to orbit the earth. It also celebrates the 20th anniversary of the first U.S. Space Shuttle flight. We think it is a great time for the World to celebrate international human space travel and build towards a time when we all will be able to fly.
